Information

Barren Desert is a map located in a desert. The path has no straight lines. It takes ~35 seconds for an Invader to walk from the entrance to the exit for the left lane, ~38 seconds for an Invader to walk for the right lane, and ~41 seconds for an Invader to walk for the middle lane.

Barren Desert is a triple-lane map, the three lanes intersect at the middle.

Appearance

Barren Desert's skybox is covered with sandy particles, there are multiple sand mounds, dead trees, and holes where units and enemies appear through. A ribcage originating from an unknown creature can be seen protruding out of the sand on one of the paths.

Tactics

• High DPS towers such as Electricizer and Sniper are vital in this map because of its length, or alternatively high firerate towers, as in some areas towers will not aim for the first enemy nearest to the exit no matter your target setting.
  • These should be buffed with Bugler on either path depending on the situation to increase your chances of triumph.
• Recon Base will preform poorly slightly due to how many paths Barren Desert has and how the units may not go where you want them to go, but it will be quite useful at the area where the paths unify into one.

Trivia

• In some places, not all, you can place towers on the pathing. This is most likely because of how the path is shaped and / or built.
  • It seems patched however.
