Description
The Builder is a summoner-type enemy that spawns in Hard Mode. It walks at a below average speed and has 
250 health. Every few seconds, it will create a Creation by swinging it's hammer forward.
Builder is down-graded as the Reviver on Normal Mode.

"The ISC Faction seems to have stolen technology that the Devotees used in the Volt Union. This led to the Builder's task of creating strong units in battle."
Appearance
The Builder has black reflective skin and white torso and legs. It has a black suit with a bowtie, bowler, shoes and a cape. It wields a hammer which it uses to summon Creations.

Tactics
- Kill the Builder quickly to minimize the amount of Creations it can spawn, as they can soak up lots of damage.
- A combination of fast firing towers like the Sharpshooter and high damaging towers like the Sniper can ensure that both issues of the Builder's high health and high number of Creations are solved.
- Towers that can damage multiple enemies, like the Gunslinger and Demolitionist can be useful against this, as they can damage both the Builder and the Creation at once.
