Description
The Councilman is the first major boss to appear within Chapter 3 of the Cold Construct 2021 Event. It has 
30,000 health, 
40,000 shield health, along with multiple abilities at its disposal. One of these abilities is a summoning ability, in which it generates a Portal that teleports enemies from other dimensions to its location.
Lore
"The Councilman, the attempt of Constructs mimic the many Archangels roamed this world... As one of the most elite members of Avaria, these units are hardly seen, but when they are, they often accompany a dangerous force..."
Appearance
The Councilman, despite its enemy description, only loosely resembles The Archangel. Its color scheme and elegancy are a resemblance to its Avarian race, in which most enemies fitting under this same society have the same or general color scheme. As for specific features, it can be seen having sharp protrusions from its back which seemingly represent wings, another allusion to The Archangel. Ravishing patterns can be seen over many parts of the Councilman's armor. Along with this, a slim crown can be seen hovering over the Councilman's head, signifying its role in the Avarian society.
Tactics
- Heavy DPS towers such as Vulcan will deal with this well if there is at least 2 of them.
- These must all preferably buffed by Bugler.
- Be aware with Portals as they can summon enemies, acting as advantageous meat shields towards the Councilman.
- Kill those Portals first, then the boss itself.
- Destroy the shields fast before the Councilman is fully charged if it uses its Thruster Wings ability, so several 4-2 Elites is a good option.
Trivia
- Lore wise, this enemy is supposed to mimic the The Archangel, but the Councilman itself doesn't use its wings to fly. It rather uses them during usage of its 'Thruster Wings' ability, which in turn gives it a considerable speed boost.
- Although when the Councilman is defeated, it's death animation is similar to The Archangel, with its wings seems to move and goes upward.
- After the fall of Avaria, the remaining Councilmen were rebuilt into Glacius Councilmen.
- The Councilman and Bound Metallic are the only two enemies to have three eyes, while most others would have none, two, or four.
- The ability 'Thruster Wings' has the Bliss of Finality's cannon sound, but at a higher pitch.
