Description
The Dark Priest is a direct counterpart of the Priest, both of which make their appearances Chapter 3 of the Cold Construct 2021 Event. Unlike the Priest however, it does not summon Angel Constructs, rather summoning a mortar strike in order to temporarily increase the cooldown of towers.
Lore
"Don't be mistaken by their appearance. These units call shells of hot plasma from mortars across the city. No magic is involved."
Appearance
The Dark Priest has a similar appearance as compared to the Priest, although the cloak that it wears is now hooded and conceals a majority of its head. Their hands are bound together within their sleeves, and you cannot see the contents of the cloaks interior with the exception of two fierce yellow eyes.
Tactics
- Getting a bunch of Snipers and Elite can beat this enemy easily but beware of its 'Mortar Strike' ability.
- Use X-3 Mechanics to slow down the enemy giving more time allowing for towers to attack.
- Recon Bases can kill the Dark Priests if they get out of range from the main defense.
