Description
The Gilded Berserker is regarded as a sophisticated and stronger version of the normal Berserker which possesses a maximum damage capacity. It makes a debut in 'Ranked Up' Expert Mode.
Lore
"During the Three-Front war, multiple mercenaries were hired to defend the X Faction. The use of pure-living organic mercenaries proved too costly. Beings like this abomination are half machine, half living. Though they are much cheaper and easy to maintain, their effectiveness is limited."

Appearance
The Gilded Berserker is seen wearing what appears to be dark yellowish brown armor over its body.
Not much can be identified majorly within the interior, however, it is discernible through the frontal plate of the helmet that there is a bar of bright yellow most likely for design choice.
It has metallic gloves on both hands in which it is holding a hammer that is similar to that of the normal Berserker. The hammer is primarily yellow in color and is used to stun towers in its vicinity.
The central part of the chestplate has a golden colored diamond, formed from smaller diamond-shaped objects.
Unlike any Berserkers (except Juggernaut), the Gilded Berserker and Juggernaut do not have a head.
Tactics
- As it has a passive 60 damage limit, fast-firing towers like X-3 Sniper, 2-3 Vulcan, and 3-2 Elite are required.
- A 3-X Sniper can also do well as it only has 51 damage.
- A Bugler is advised to increase efficiency.
- Electricizer might perform poorly due to its slow firerate and how early the Glided Berserker appears, but it's still a recommended way to defeat it.
- A 3-2 Lightbeamer can do incredible amounts of damage and can even take down Gilded Berserker if placed well on Sky Islands with support from a 2-3 sniper, the latter of which is likely being used to defend early game in the first place.
Trivia
- The Glided Berserker is one of three variants that are shown in the Berserker series, the others being the Berserker, Juggernaut, and Berserker X.
- Glided Berserker is a cyborg mercenary as stated from its enemy description. Though it looks a bit medieval.
- When the Gilded Berserker dies, it makes a lower pitched version on the Berserker's death sound.
- This might be because it has more armor covering its face, and thus is more muffled.
