Description
The Glacius Councilman is an enemy that appears in the final chapter of the Cold Construct 2022 Event. It is essentially a recolored and stronger version of the Councilman, having 
80,000 health and 
15,000 shield health. The abilities it possesses are the same as the original Councilman.
Lore
"Following the initial fall of the Avarian Society, many councilmen built for war went unused. When the remaining arm of the Avarian Society regrouped with the Cold Constructs and their leader, Glacius. A small group of Councilmen were rebuilt to serve a new purpose; to stand beside Glacius himself in the final siege against the UEC."

Appearance
The Glacius Councilman is essentially the same as its original version, albeit with its skin, eyes, halo, and wings have been recolored to a light blue color.
Tactics
- For the most part, you should use the same tactics as the one used to beat the Councilman, since Glacius Councilman is primarily just a higher health Councilman with the same abilities, but beware of its slightly faster speed.
- Do bear in mind that 3 of these enemies spawn, so be careful and keep a look out for any single one of them in case they get too far.
- On that note, use a 2-3 Bugler's Unit Commander ability to lock onto an escaping Glacius Councilman if one goes through your defenses.

- Destroy its shield health quickly before it uses its Thruster Wings ability, as this can make it very fast and can storm through your defenses, leading to a loss if not prepared.
Trivia
- This is essentially a recolored version of the Councilman, which is stated in its lore before it was edited.
- Despite Councilman being a major boss and having a health bar, the Glacius Councilman doesn't have one even though the two are mostly the same entity.
- However, the Glacius Councilman actually used to have a health bar with the icon being Councilman, but it was removed later on.
- This makes the Glacius Councilman hold the record for having the highest health of any enemy that appears in normal gameplay.

- It was possible to encounter Glacius Councilman before its official debut in the Cold Construct 2022 Event via admin commands, since it was supposed to appear in Cold Construct 2021.
