Information

The ISC Monolithium is an ISC map added in the Terror Blitz 2021 Event. It is one of the four featured maps you have to beat on Expert Mode in order to obtain the Mechanic. It takes ~49 seconds for an Invader to walk from the entrance to the exit for the left lane when looking at the entrance directly, and ~54 seconds for an Invader to walk for the right lane.

Appearance

The ISC Monolithium takes place in an indoor maze-like facility. Enemies enter through a portal and diverge into 2 different paths. They all enter your base through a bridge leading to another portal. Multiple sci-fi pillars are constructed to withstand the structure's weight.

Tactics

• Long range towers such as Sniper and Electricizer can cover a major portion of both paths.
  • The range for these towers can be enhanced by Bugler.
• Units from either the Recon Base or Gunslinger may be unable to collide with enemies you want to collide with due to multiple paths near the entrance.
• Due to the short path compared to other ISC Maps, Freezer is recommended to freeze enemies that are spawned and Invaders with high speeds.

Trivia

• Humanoid entities, presumably allies of ours are seen being held up and restrained near the exit where enemies attempt to invade. This is a subtle reference to the Chained's enemy description.
• In the platform near the exit, there seems to be a broken cell whose prisoner has escaped.
• An Easter Egg of two images of a pixelated Demolitionist and a turtle (Carl Bot) are seen to be out of boundaries of the map. These are emojis in the Tower Blitz Discord server.
• A spooky ambience can be heard on the map.
• In Expert Mode, Overlord, Boltmaster, The Vanguard, and first Avant Guard spawns at the left lane when looking at the entrance directly, and the other major bosses such as Robotic Overseer, The Corrupted, and second Avant Guard spawns at the right lane.
