Description
The Mechanical Arbiter is the fourth major boss of Chapter 4 in the Cold Construct 2022 Event. Re-constructed by the remaining Avarians, it can quickly overwhelm the players' defenses if they're unprepared. While it resembles its predecessor, its stats are considerably higher with 
200,000 health, 
100,000 shield health, 
5 defense and it retains the same abilities as its predecessor.
Lore
"Following the death of The Arbiter, the remaining inhabitants of the Holy City banded together to begin a reconstruction of the Avarian Society. On top of building a large capital ship, The Nexus, plans began to re-construct The Arbiter itself; this time in a more familiar manner, metal and gears. Although this version of The Arbiter lacks some defining features of the last, his metal shell allows him to take many more hits before he is weakened."
Appearance
Mechanical Arbiter's appearance is essentially the same as its predecessor but more mechanical. Multiple metallic spikes are embedded on its armor and the chains change into a grey color. The diamond shaped symbol has been replaced with a grey metal gear, and half of its face is metallic. While the sword remains the same, the holographic shield has been replaced by a metallic shield.
Tactics
- Use the same tactics used to defeat the Arbiter. However, Mechanical Arbiter's stats are considerably much higher than its predecessor, so more high DPS towers is required.
- Other enemies will spawn alongside it, including three Councilmen. Prioritize of defeating them first, or it will be difficult to defeat Mechanical Arbiter.
- The Bliss of Finality is recommended to defeat Mechanical Arbiter and to take care of other enemies surrounding it.
- Use towers that have flying detection and defense piercing to counter this enemy if it uses the Failsafe Protocol ablilty.
- When Mechanical Arbiter spawns, he will not have any Maximum Damage for 50 seconds, use this to your advantage by microing X-4 Elites to destroy his
100,000 shield health. It's better to fight a 200,000 health boss rather than a 200,000, 100,000 shield health health boss.
Trivia
- Mechanical Arbiter is previously tied with the Kugelblitz Ultimate are the second enemies to have the most shield health in game, as The Corrupted takes the crown.
- Its lore is similar to Boltmaster's, as they were both mechanical versions of their original counterparts.
