Information

Molten Cliffs is a double-lane map located in a volcanic or hell-like area. Its two lanes are combined into one, causing enemies to phase through other enemies. The lanes are quite curved. There is a lot of placement space on this map. It takes ~65 seconds for an Invader to walk from the entrance to the exit for both lanes.

Appearance

The map takes place in a hellish-looking map in a red lava sea with three separate cliffs that leads to each other. There are two light crimson colored portals that spawn enemies which are the exits at the same time. There appears to be fair quantity of lava bushes and plantation. Crystals and small cliffs can be seen around the map, and towers can be placed on the aforementioned cliffs.

Tactics

• Spawner towers such as the Recon Base and 4-X Gunslinger may perform worse than usual to how both paths collide with each other.
• It is recommended to place the Recon Base and Market on the invisible floor of the map, far away from the path, in order to conserve space.

Trivia

• Molten Cliffs, along with Roundabout, are the only two maps that have their entrance be an exit at the same time.
• A stone 'Moai' statue can be seen on one of the islands on this map.
• Weirdly, towers are able to be placed on the invisible floor only meant for players to walk on. This can be useful placement space for Markets or Recon Bases.
• This map is used for the Heated Battle challenge.
