Information

Sky Islands is a map located on multiple flying islands. Its lane has 8 turns. It takes ~59 seconds for an Invader to walk from the entrance to the exit.

Appearance

Sky Islands takes place during the day. As the name says, it is comprised of multiple floating islands, and clouds are at the bottom of the map. There are multiple mountains, trees and tunnels where enemies and units come out from both sides respectively and the grass color is a bit lighter than Grassy Islands. A small neighborhood can be seen in the center of the map.

Tactics

• Placing towers in the center of the main island gives them optimal range coverage.
  • Early-game towers should be placed near the small rock where the path loops around.
• If you have a Bugler, make sure it covers as much space as possible and not a singular corner.
• The long and straight path at the beginning is ideal for Lightbeamer, specifically top path, as it can pierce through multiple enemies.
  • It is recommended to set it on last targeting.

Trivia

• Sky Islands is among the most popular maps in Tower Blitz, often being used to play Expert, either solo or in a group, due to the map's long and easy difficulty.
  • Due to the similar reason, it is often recommended to play on Sky Islands to unlock Businessman, Lightbeamer and Surveyor, as map completion is among their requirements.
• A bobo is hidden on one of the top islands.
