"Yes there is another boss lol, can you beat... THIS?" - Beginning of Wave 41 during the 2021 April Fools Update

Description

The underwhelming boss is in-fact, regarded as quite an underwhelming boss, with its considerably slow speed and a health higher than the Robotic Overseer. The fact that it's super slow and has no attacks at all means that it shouldn't be much of a worry unless your towers do not have a high enough DPS to kill it.

Appearance

The underwhelming boss's body is invisible, that's it. Its size is similar to that of Ignitus. underwhelming boss had the same bug as Vulcan before the April Fools update ended, its body having been moved to a separate place than its actual hitbox. This place happened to be one of the far corners of Isle.

Tactics

• X-4 Vulcans and 4-X Electricizers are recommended for this boss due to its very high health and very slow speed. Other than that, you should be fine dealing with this boss.
• underwhelming boss could be beaten solo by using Freezer to stun it and kill it with the above towers.

Trivia

• This is the only enemy in the game to be completely invisible.
  • This was later figured out to be a bug.
• This enemy has the second highest health of all bosses and enemies, and the slowest of all.
• underwhelming boss, the old version of The Corrupted, and the Overlord used to be tied for the second strongest enemy in the game so far, second only to Arrow Boss, which is almost 20 times stronger. Old Robotic Overseer is considered the third strongest with 200,000 HP. This excludes attribute exclusive enemies.
  • Chronos, Glacius and various other joke bosses are stronger nowadays.
• This was the first joke boss added in the game.
• This enemy, along with pukeyellowchronos, cash man, ok, bobo tower, bobo, bobodance, ultimate bobo, and cash man awakened are the only enemies to lack capitalization in their names.
• underwhelming boss is the only enemy that was completely removed from the game's code.
